Open Door Solutions provides 360° property media and related services subject to the following terms and conditions.
Open Door Solutions is the trading name of Matthew John, a self-employed sole trader.
Open Door Solutions provides 360° property recording, virtual walkthrough media, drone-related media services, and associated digital property marketing solutions.
The client confirms they have all necessary authority and permissions from the property owner, landlord, tenant, occupier, or authorised representative for filming, photography, media capture, and property access.
Responsibility for obtaining such permissions rests solely with the client. Open Door Solutions shall not be responsible for verifying ownership, authority, or permission status relating to any property.
Invoices are payable within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Open Door Solutions reserves the right to withhold delivery of final media files, including MP4 files and downloadable content, until payment has been received in full.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on project scope, revisions, technical requirements, or operational circumstances.
All media, footage, recordings, and related content remain the property of Open Door Solutions until full payment has been received.
Open Door Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely financial losses including loss of profit, loss of business, marketing delays, or missed sales opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
Open Door Solutions maintains public liability and professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the services provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from services provided shall be limited to the extent of applicable insurance cover maintained at the time of the claim.
By instructing Open Door Solutions to carry out services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
